Jiangsu Luoming's oxygen generator harnesses the advanced Pressure
Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce high-quality oxygen.
PSA is a gas separation technique that leverages the physical
adsorption of gas molecules onto the internal surface of an
adsorbent material. By exploiting the differences in the adsorption
characteristics of various gases, PSA can effectively separate the
components of a gas mixture.
In Jiangsu Luoming's system, the adsorbent used is a Carbon
Molecular Sieve (CMS). CMS is a selective sorbent material derived
from air, which has a significantly higher adsorption capacity for
oxygen compared to nitrogen under the same pressure conditions.
This differential adsorption allows the PSA process to concentrate
and extract the oxygen from the input compressed air stream.
The PSA cycle within Jiangsu Luoming's generator involves the steps
of pressure adsorption, decompression, and desorption. This cyclic
process leverages the aerodynamic effects to separate the oxygen
from the air, ultimately providing a reliable supply of high-purity
oxygen to meet the growing demands of the oil and gas industry.
