Oxygen purity compatibility
The purity of industrial oxygen cylinders is fixed (typically
around 99.2% as gaseous oxygen) and cannot be flexibly adjusted
according to production needs. If a higher purity (such as 99.99%)
is required, a specially customized cylinder must be purchased,
which incurs high procurement costs and has limited supply
channels. Moreover, repeated filling of the cylinders can easily
introduce impurities, which may affect product quality (such as air
holes in the welding of precision parts). The oxygen purity of
Hengda Industrial Oxygen Generator can reach over 93%, meeting the
needs for cutting, welding, and sewage treatment, and some oxygen
generators can achieve a high purity of over 99.5%, meeting the
requirements of high-precision scenarios such as chemical synthesis
and electronic manufacturing. The equipment supports dynamic
