The Luoming medical molecular sieve oxygen generator maintains an
oxygen concentration of over 93% (in compliance with the GB
8982-2009 standard for medical and aviation breathing oxygen), and
can stably supply oxygen under various conditions such as high
altitudes and extremely low temperatures. When operating at full
capacity, there is no significant fluctuation in oxygen flow rate
and outlet pressure (typically 0.4-0.8 MPa), ensuring a stable
supply of oxygen to the end user. Each oxygen generator is equipped
with a high-efficiency compressor and an optimized pressure swing
adsorption process, significantly reducing the energy consumption
per unit of oxygen production (1-1.2 kWh per cubic meter of 93%
oxygen). The company's self-made adsorption dryer can precisely
control the cycle, reducing the pulverization of molecular sieves,
extending their service life, and lowering the cost of consumables.
